This Privacy Policy describes how Ludus: Rise of the Gladiator ("we", "us", or "our") handles information when you use our mobile game on iOS.

1. Information We Collect

We do not require you to create an account or provide personal information to play the game. However, the app may collect or process the following automatically:

• Device information: Device model, iOS version, language setting, and a randomly generated device identifier used to store your local game progress and optional leaderboard data.
• Gameplay data: Game statistics such as kills, waves survived, gold earned, and achievements are stored locally on your device and optionally synced to our backend if you choose to use leaderboard or chat features.
• Advertising data: We use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display rewarded video ads. AdMob may collect and use your device identifier and usage data to serve personalized or non-personalized ads. For more information, please review Google's Privacy Policy.
• Apple Sign-In data: If you choose to link your account via Apple Sign-In, we receive an anonymous Apple user identifier. We do not collect your email address unless you choose to share it.

2. How We Use Information

We use the collected information only to:

• Provide and improve the game experience
• Display advertisements through AdMob
• Maintain optional leaderboards and chat functionality
• Protect against fraud or abuse

3. Data Storage

Most game data is stored locally on your device. Optional cloud features (leaderboards, chat, account backup) use Supabase as our backend provider. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Your Choices

• You can reset your local game data from within the game settings.
• You can request deletion of your optional online account from the in-game settings.
• You can manage ad tracking preferences through your iOS device settings under "Privacy & Security" → "Tracking".

5. Children's Privacy

Ludus is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 13.
